We slept in pretty late this morning, namely because Aiden didn't wake up at his usual hour. So after making breakfast and our late start, we wandered out to the beach and found the exact site where Bam and I got married a year ago today. The surf was really rough today so we kept a good hand on Aiden while in the water and then stayed really close while sitting on the shore playing in the sand with a bucket and a couple beach toys. Aiden really enjoyed just playing in the sand and said "Wow!" every time the waves came up to swirl around his waist. We left after about 2 hours and made it back to the condo just as the first drops of rain were falling.
This is the beach access point we came through from the house to the beach for the ceremony a year ago!
